Rolling Loud Toronto Set To Hit The 6ix This September

The legendary three-day hip-hop festival is all the rage — now that it’s coming to Toronto, will it live up to the hype?

This past Monday, Rolling Loud teased their fans with an intriguing Instagram preview of the Toronto skyline before releasing the exciting 2022 lineup via poster on Tuesday.

Dave, Future and Wizkid are set to headline the show, with appearances from other famous artists, like Lil Uzi, Migos, Trippie Redd, A Boogie and Lil Yachty, to name a few.

Rolling Loud really hit home with this one, bringing together big names and mixing them with UK top dogs, like Skepta and AJ Tracey, as well as boasting appearances from up and coming rap legends, like Lil Tecca and BIA. While these artists are all amazing, fans couldn’t help but notice the lineup is lacking sheer Toronto talent. That’s right—even though the festival is centred in their hometown, Drake and The Weeknd are nowhere to be found. So, if you want to see them perform, you’ll likely have to wait around until OVO Fest comes around.

The three-day festival will take place from Sept. 9 to Sept. 11 at Ontario Place, right in the heart of Toronto. This flagship event has taken place in Miami every year since 2015 and, over time, has expanded globally. Now that it’s here in Toronto, you can be sure to end off your summer the right way; with your friends, under the hot sun, listening to all the music you love!
