Vitaly, the Toronto-based accessory design studio, brings a contemporary look and feel to each piece of jewellery they create. Using 100 per cent recycled stainless steel, Vitaly is known for crafting the most intricate staple pieces you could ever lay your eyes on.
Just recently. The jewellery company paired up with Canadian singer/songwriter Tate McCrae to create a two-piece capsule sure to impress. The collection, which officially launched on Oct. 27, was a way for both Canadian icons to come together in collaboration with one another.
Both pieces are beautiful and if you ask me, were well worth the wait. The Verge Ring, priced at $120 USD, is show-stopping in more ways than one. Made out of stainless steel and synthetic pearl, this “full-finger piece” includes a claw-like tip, made to adorn the entire finger. It’s safe to say that if you were sporting this piece, all eyes would be on you the entire time, and for good reason.
The Dare Earrings, priced at $75 USD, is the second item in the pairing. These elegant pearl teardrop pearls are adorned by steel spikes, creating a metaphorical, perfect balance of good and evil. The earring set is said to mirror Tate’s music in style, although I’ve never seen anything quite like them. These earrings are the perfect blend of beauty and edge swirled into one, and, like the ring, are available in both silver and gold finishes.
