Hometown MC, DillanPonders, has set the stakes high with his new release “GO TIME”. Ponders was recently featured on the radio station FLOW 93.5 where he was chopping it up with DJ Ricochet during dark hours. It was then that “GO TIME” was premiered, giving the city a first listen. The intricate beat courtesy of Alex Parham is the perfect fit for Ponders style, displaying an immense level comfort as he mixes his laid back flow with hard hitting vocals.
Ponders has been a staple name in Toronto’s underground scene for a minute now, and he’s not anywhere near finished yet. He weighs in on his time in the game, and what’s next in store for a seemingly underappreciated artist. Ponders certainly has the drive to make it to the next level, as you can hear in the chorus “Me and my guys ain’t waiting anymore”.
