Pressa Armani has been one of the artists spearheading Toronto’s underground rap scene for a couple of years now, bringing to the game his “wassi” flow and unique sounding voice. After making noise throughout the city for quite sometime with songs like “TBH” and “Deadmihana”, Pressa started to get recognition from the six’s household names such as Drake, Tory Lanez, Murda Beatz and Wondagurl, resulting in some of his biggest tracks to date. These collaborations produced hits for the rapper including songs like “Novacane”, “Canada Goose”, and “Gamble”. Currently Pressa is wrapping up the last few shows on Drake’s Assassination Vacation Tour with Tory Lanez in Europe, and it couldn’t be a better way to show the world what he’s been cooking with his newly released album “Prestige”.

Pressa’s debut album clocks in at roughly 50 minutes with 16 tracks and 2 features including Toronto’s own Burna Bandz and upcoming Atlanta rapper Lil Richie. The majority of the project contains Pressa’s high energy flows matched with fast hitting 808’s and clanking high hats with sharp snares and cinematic synths. The Toronto rapper has already released visuals for “Long Way” and “Should of Been a Pimp” off of the album. In “Long Way” he expresses to his fans how far he’s really come in music and in his life in general. Listen to “Prestige” below and you be the judge.
