Toronto artist Pat Williams returns from a lengthy hiatus with “LANDMARKS” (ft Eric Ryan), his first single of 2026.

The track dives deep into the quiet growing pains of a breakup, that bittersweet stretch where you cling to memories while watching the places and moments you once shared slowly lose their meaning. Streets, rooms, and inside jokes that once felt sacred eventually fade into ordinary background noise, and Williams captures the ache of trying to hold onto what matters before it slips away.
Written in 2022 as a turbulent relationship wound down, “LANDMARKS” was born from the realization that the landmarks tying him to someone would one day become just… places. With graceful lyricism and his signature hazy, soulful production, the song honours the beauty and complexity of what was, extending grace to both sides without losing the emotional weight.
After years of life, growth, and reflection, “LANDMARKS” kicks off a busy chapter for Williams. It’s the first of several releases planned for 2026, all building toward his long-awaited full-length album, which he’s been crafting since 2023.
