Long Live the Regent Park Legend, Smoke Dawg.
The devastating passing of Smoke Dawg had the whole city of Toronto speechless. The young talent was surely one of the cities best & favourite rappers, making his way to the top throughout the years. Smoke Dawg may not be with us anymore, but his music will live on.
Smoke Dawg linked up with London’s very own AJ Tracey, on “No Discussion” produced by Murda Beatz. Smoke kept the song and music video in the bank, until it was recently released by his team. Fans were not disappointed with this collab as it was one for the books!
AJ Tracey expressed his feeling towards the release
“This track means more than anything to me, because it’s me and my bro in our element, and he’s happy, genuinely happy,”. I know he loved this joint and I’m fuckin’ happy we can share this one moment in time we shared and capture it forever.”
According to Smoke’s camp, they will be releasing his final EP “Struggle Before Glory” which is said to be finished and ready to go. It’s safe to say the cities hip-hop lovers are anticipating the EP, but until then, we leave you with the music video to “No Discusion”.
