Ikky Releases “Magical Love” Just in Time for Valentine's Day

2021 was a busy year for Toronto’s Ikky; he released his debut EP with Punjabi rapper Nseeb titled Say My Name, racked up millions of streams and even partnered with Warner Music and Coalition Music to launch his record label, 4N Records. With a number of globally successful releases already under his belt, “Magical Love” is yet another one to add to his already-impressive and groundbreaking discography. 

Fresh off all of these successes, the 20-year-old is kicking off 2022 with the release of his brand new single, “Magical Love,” along with an accompanying music video. The track is a beautiful Punjabi love song that incorporates all of Ikky’s musical influences into one space. The song uses Boliyan, a traditional style of Punjabi music and singing, expressing emotions through the lyrics. The minimal, jazzy production provides Ikky with the perfect soundscape for him to flex his smooth vocal abilities over.
